All beef sold in our shop comes from our Bord Bia approved family farm in Ballyneety.

We select a mixed breed of Hereford Angus, Limousin and Charolais cattle from local marts and raise them on our farm for over a year.

Our cattle are raised on a special diet of spring barley, winter wheat, fodder beet and silage all grown on our farm.

We select the best animals for finishing before bringing them to our butcher shop in Castletroy, County Limerick.
